Eligibility Criteria for Manager/Assistant Manager and Other Job

Educational Qualification:

• Senior Distribution Head–Gold Loan: Post graduate from reputed college.
• Area Sales Manager–Telesales: Graduate/Post Graduate.
• Assistant Manager–Database Management: BE/B. Sc, Oracle Certified.
• Manager/Assistant Manager–Business Reporting: PhD or Masters in Quantitative Field e.g. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or BE/B. Tech/B. Sc/BCA/M. Tech.
• Manager/Assistant Manager–Collections (RA): Bachelor's degree in the fields of finance, accounting, business or another related field. Post graduate degree will be preferable.
• Manager/Assistant Manager-Analytics: PhD or Masters in Quantitative Field e.g. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or BE/B. Tech/B. Sc/BCA/M. Tech.
• Manager/Assistant Manager–Operational Risk: Bachelor's degree in the fields of finance, accounting, business or another related field. Post graduate degree will be preferable.
• Manager/Assistant Manager–Card Issuance: Graduate degree in any stream. Post Graduate degree will be an added advantage.
• Officer/Officer-Credit Underwriter: Graduate degree in any stream.
