CBSE has invited students to put forward creative writing entries

CBSE has invited students to put forward creative writing entries — poem/essay/poster/painting/drawing - under the Expression Series of CBSE on 'Bal Swachhata Mission' from 14th November to 19th November.

The contest is open to students of CBSE schools & recognized by state boards. Entries can be put forward in any of the 22 scheduled languages & English for 4 categories –

• Class I-V
• Class VI-VIII
• Class IX-XII
• Disabled students

CBSE has thought out a dissimilar theme for each day - clean schools surroundings or play areas-Nov 14, clean food- Nov 15, clean self- Nov 17, clean drinking water-Nov 18 & clean toilets-Nov 19. Topics based on themes for each day will be stated publicly on http//:cbseacademic.in one day beforehand.

30 best entries will be rewarded per day with a cash prize of Rs 2,500 each. Online or offline submission of entries can be done between 9 am & 5 pm each day. For offline submission, students will be asked to download the registration-cum-response sheet from the website of CBSE. Students are required to duly fill in the details with answer & click a photograph or scan the entry & upload on WhatsApp at the number 07042745234. Participants having valid mail IDs will be awarded participation certificates. Those entries that are plagiarized will lead to disqualification.
