Qualifications and Skills for Recruitment at CDSA:: Graduate with post graduate diploma or MBA in Personnel Management /HRM from a recognized Institute / University or passed UPSC Examination of Section Officers.

Experience for Recruitment at CDSA:: Minimum 10 years’ with atleast 5 years’ of supervisory/managerial experience in Administration and HR in Govt. / Govt. funded Organization.
