Image Correction Window has been opened by NTA for candidates who are applying for the CSIR UGC NET December 2019 Exam on its official website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in for removing image discrepancies. The registration process for CSIR UGC NET Dec 2019 Exam began on 9th September 2019 and will end 9th October 2019. CSIR UGC NET are being conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) every year twice to determine the eligibility for appointment as Lecturer (LS) in the areas of Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences. CSIR UGC NET December 2019 Exam will be held on 15th December 2019 for various subjects at different Exam Centers across India.

How to Remove Image Discrepancy while applying for CSIR UGC NET December 2019 Exam?

Step-1: Go to the official official website of NTA UGC NET, i.e., csirnet.nta.nic.in.

Step-2: Click on the link ‘Remove Image Discrepancy’

Step-3: Only Registered Candidates can sign in to correct the images by filling important details like Application Form, Application No., Password and Security Pin.

Step-4: After Signing into the page, candidates would be able to make the changes or remove the discrepancies in the image of the uploaded photograph and signature.

Guidelines for Uploading Scanned Images of Photograph and Signature

  1. The recent photograph should be coloured or black/white (but clear contrast).
  2. Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format.
  3. Size of scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
  4. Size of scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
  5. Passport size photograph is to be used for uploading on Online Application Form and also for pasting on Attendance Sheet at the examination centre.
  6. Candidate must ensure that the uploaded images are clear and proper. Upload the correct Photograph and Signature as the facility for correction will not be given.
