CSIR – Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Roorkee invited applications for the posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under various projects purely on Temporary Basis on contact under GAP/ Ramanujam Fellow Scheme Project. Eligible candidates may appear for the Walk –in- Interview on 17 May 2016 and 18 May 2016.

Date of Walk –in- Interview (for JRF of Project 2, 3 & 4 Posts): 17 May 2016
Date of Walk –in- Interview (for JRF of Project 1 & SRF Posts): 18 May 2016

Name of the Posts:
1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 04 Posts. [01 position each for Project 1, 2, 3 & 4]

2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – 01 Post.

Eligibility Criteria for CSIR – CBRI Roorkee JRF and SRF Jobs:

Educational Qualification:
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF):-
1. For Project 1: Possess Master’s Degree or M. Tech. Degree in the respective discipline.
2. For Project 2 & 3: Possess B. Tech Degree in the respective discipline and qualify NET/ GATE.
3. For Project 4: Possess BE/ B. Tech Degree in the respective discipline and qualify NET/ GATE.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF) :- Posses M. Tech. Degree in the respective discipline.

Age Limit
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 28 years.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – 35 years.

OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD & Others: As per norms.
Selection Procedure for CSIR – CBRI Roorkee JRF and SRF Jobs:
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Walk –in- Written Test/ Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
