Delhi University has released its fifth cut-off list for the new academic session of 2014-15. It still has some of the popular courses in the admission list such as BCom (honours) and English. The fifth cut-off list will have few colleges as Hindu and Hansraj keeping the admissions open for general category students.
Students can get admissions in BCom courses at eight colleges over the city that includes Kirori Mal, Hansraj, Ramjas and SGTB Khalsa College. The cut-off set at Ramjas for BCom is between the range of 95.5%-97.5%-down from second list's 95.75%-97.75% by one mark. At Khalsa the cut-off mark for admission for BCom (programme) is 95.5% and BCom (honours) is 96%. Indraprastha College has the availability of seats for BCom (H) courses with a cut-off of 95.75%. PGDAV College has cut-off percentage for the same course at 93%.
Hansraj has opened up admission for all general category subjects for all humanities and commerce students except Sanskrit (H) and BCom (H). For English (H) the college is offering range from 94.75-96 to 94.5-96 per cent and Economics (H) has cut-off between 96.5-97 per cent.
Hindu college is opened up for English, Economics and Sociology courses. The cut-off percentage for Economics (H), range between 96.5%-98% as per fifth list.
Science courses have some of the seats available at Daulat Ram College for chemistry and zoology. Hansraj has seats for mathematics, botany, computer science and BSc physical sciences. Hindu also offers seats for zoology and statistics after the fifth cut-off list.
