Department of Food Science & Technology, Srinagar invites applications from the eligible candidates for filling up the following positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on temporary basis for the period of three years. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 02 (Two).

Educational Qualification 

• M. Sc./ M. Tech. Degree in Food Technology from recoganised University.

Desirable :

• Experience in encapsulation and at least one publication.
  

Project Title

Extraction of resistant starch from Horse chestnut and rice, its utilization as an encapsulating agent for targeted delivery into the clone.

Pay Scale/ Salary 

Consolidated Salary of Rs. 16,000/- plus 20% HRA Per Month.
