• English Stenographer (Grade-B) – 02 posts
• Lower Division Clerk (GR. C) – 15 posts
• English Typist – Copist (Gr. C) – 03 posts
• Group-D (NightGuard, Farash, and Peon)– 02 posts

Eligibility Criteria for District Recruitment Committee Birbhum for LDC and Other Posts:

• English Stenographer (Grade-III): The candidate must have passed Madhyamik or Equivalent examination from any recognized Board and at least he must possess a certificate in computer training from a recognized institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation. A minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and a minimum speed @ 30 w.p.m. in typewriting from a legible manuscript in English.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Job 2016: The candidate must have passed Madhyamik / Matric from any recognized school or recognized Madrasah or any other recognized equivalent institution and at least a Certificate / Diploma in Computer Training from a recognized Institute and a satisfactory fingering speed in computer operation.
• English Typist / Copyist: Candidate must have passed Madhayamik or equivalent examination from any recognized Board. A minimum typing speed from legible manuscript @ 30 w.p.m. in English is required and also knowledge in computer operation is required.
• Group-D (Night Guard, Farash and Office Peon):The candidate must have Class-VIII pass certificate from any recognized school or recognized Madrasah or any other recognized equivalent institution.
