Eligibility Paramedical Opthalmic Assistant Job

Intermediate (Class 12^th) with MPC/BIPC as basic Academic Qualification with

i) Para Medical Opthlamic Assistants course from Institute recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Govt of AP) (or)

ii) B.Sc (Optometry ) course from Institute recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Govt of AP) (or)

iii) Diploma in Optometric technician from Institute recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Govt of AP)(or)

iv) Diploma in Optometry from Institute recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Govt of AP).

The person must be registered in Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Board. Age Limit: The min. and max. age shall be reckoned as on 01 December 2020 with the relaxations allowed for reckoning duly the max. age limit as per rules. The person should not have completed 42 (forty two) years of age as on 01 December 2020.

How to apply

Interested persons can apply for DMOH (District Medical and Health Office), Kadapa Recruitment Notification 2021 through the prescribed application format on or before 02 January 2021. Persons should submit their Applications along with all relevant documents through Registered post/Drop box provided in the O/o. DM&HO, Kadapa. The application forms submitted without the required certificates and incomplete applications will be rejected summarily.
