Headquarters Technical Group, EME, Delhi Cantt issued notification inviting applications for direct recruitment to 4 Group C vacancies – 1 post of Lower Division Clerk, 2 posts of MTS (Messenger) and 1 post of MTS (Chowkidar) – in the Corps of Electronic and Mechanical Engineers. Pay Scale: Pay Band I of Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade pay of Rs. 1900.

Educational qualifications: 12^th pass or equivalent qualification with English Typing @35 wpm on Computers and Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm on Computers

2. Name of the Post: MTS (Messenger)

No of Posts: 2 posts

Pay Scale: Pay Band I of Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade pay of Rs. 1800.

Educational qualifications: Matriculation or 10^th pass or equivalent qualification

Experience required: atleast one year experience in concerned trade

3. Name of the Post: MTS (Chowkidar)

No of Posts: 1 post

Pay Scale: Pay Band I of Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade pay of Rs. 1800.

Educational qualifications: Matriculation or 10^th pass or equivalent qualification

Experience required: atleast one year experience in concerned trade

Age limit: between 18 years and 25 years (as on the last date for receipt of applications)

[Upper age limit is relax-able by 3 years for OBC category candidates, by 5years for SC / ST category candidates and up to the age of 35 years for government servants)

Mode of Recruitment: Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in written test, skill test and Interview.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for the tests / Interview.

Candidates called for the Interview will be required to produce all certificates / documents / testimonials / mark sheets inOriginal for verification.

All the posts carry All India transfer Liability and Field Service Liability.
