Eligibility Criteria for Manager & Executive Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Mechanical Maintenance: Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a recognized University. Diploma holders from a recognized University /an institute of repute, in the above discipline can also apply for the post of Jr. Manager.
• Project Engineering & Design & Development: Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mining/Metallurgical/Production/ Automobile Engineering from a recognized University with specialization in Mechanical/ Structural design. Diploma holders from a recognized University/ an institution of repute, in the above discipline can also apply for the post of Dy. Manager.
• Personnel & Administration: Graduate in any discipline with two years full time MBA or PGDBA having specialization in HRM from a recognized university/ Institute of repute approved by AICTE/UGC or Post Graduate Degree in Labour & Social Welfare or full time Two Years Diploma course in Personnel Management, M.A in Sociology from a recognized University/ Institution of repute approved by UGC/AICTE. Degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution of repute, will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Executive (Maint.) Mechanical: Post qualification experience of 1 year and above for Degree Holders and 3 years and above for Diploma Holders.
• Jr. Manager(Maint.)Mechanical: Post qualification experience of 3 years and above for Degree holders and 6 years and above for Diploma holders.
• Dy. Manager(Project Engineering & Design & Development): Post qualification experience of 9 years and above for Degree holders and 17 years and above for Diploma holders.
• Jr. Manager(Personnel & Administration): Post qualification experience of 3 years and above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade of Rs. 12600-3%-32500/-.
• Dy. Manager(Personnel & Administration): Post qualification experience of 9 years and above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade of Rs. 24900-3%-50500/-.
• Executive (Materials Management): Post qualification experience of 1 year and above.
• Jr. Manager (Materials Management): Post qualification experience of 3 years and above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade of Rs. 12600-3%-32500/-.

Age Limit

• Executive: Below 28 years
• Jr. Manager: Below 30 years
• Dy. Manager: Below 40 years
