Get CMAT September 2014 Admit Cards on 12th September 2014

CMAT September 2014 admit cards are out. Downloading will be available from 12th September 2014. CMAT September examination will be conducted from 24th September to 29th September.

AICTE is all set to conduct the first test of CMAT 2014.  The test will be conducted in September 2014 for five days from 24th September 2014 to 29th September 2014. The September 2014 test will be the first test of CMAT for admission to various management institutes across the country for the academic session 2015-16. The second test is usually conducted in February 2014 by AICTE.

Admit cards will be available for downloading on 12th September 2014 on the official website of AICTE CMAT.

Common Management Admission Test or CMAT is an online computer-based test conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) twice a year in the months of September and February to select suitable students for admission to various management programs in AICTE approved Management Institutions across the country.

Every year lakhs of aspirants sit for CMAT examination seeking admission in AICTE approved management institutes. CMAT was launched for the first time in the year 2012 with an aim of introducing one entrance examination for all the MBA admissions in India.

CMAT Examination Pattern

CMAT is a computer based online entrance test in which candidates are required to answer 100 multiple choice questions of 4 marks each. The question paper is divided into four sections -- Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation; Logical Reasoning; Language Comprehension; & General Awareness -- with each section having 25 questions

Time duration: 180 minutes

Marking Pattern: 400 marks with provision for Negative marking– one mark gets deducted for each wrong answer.

The exam will be held / conducted at various centers in India and foreign countries. On the examination day, each candidate will be allotted a desk with a computer terminal at the test venue.

They will also be provided with a scratch paper for calculations / rough work. After the test, candidate will be required to leave the scratch paper at their desks only.

During the three hour test, the candidates will not be allowed to leave their desks. No breaks will be given during the test.
