Playback singer Sukhwinder Singh, who has made a place in the hearts of crores of Indians with his magical voice, created such an atmosphere in GL Bajaj Group of Institutions Mathura on Friday evening that everyone was forced to dance. One after the other they chanted Jai Ho, Ajja ajja gullak fode, Hole hole ho jayega pyar, Beedi jalaeye jigar se piya, made the students intoxicated with enthusiasm by playing the songs.
In GL Bajaj's annual event 'Toonav-2024' on Friday evening, there was such a musical gathering that thousands of students present in front of the stage were seen singing and dancing in fun with superhit singer Sukhwinder Singh. In this musical gathering, playback singer Sukhwinder Singh presented powerful renditions of Hindi songs one after the other. As soon as Singh, the magician of tunes from the theatre, played the song Chal Chaiyaan-Chaiyaan from the 1998 superhit film Dil Se and the song Jai Ho from the film Slumdog Millionaire along with the remix music, the students danced with joy.

After Hindi songs, Sukhwinder Singh turned towards Punjabi songs and filled the atmosphere with fun by singing Chori Chori Mera Dil Le Gaya…. The spectators danced everywhere and the noise of 'Once More, Once More' was added to the musical atmosphere. The situation was such that someone was dancing while sitting, while thousands of students were dancing while standing. Playback singer Sukhwinder Singh praised the students of Mathura Nagari and GL Bajaj from the theatre.
In a brief conversation after the stage program, playback singer Sukhwinder Singh said that music has no caste or religion. When any song is written, it is not written keeping in mind the artist or singer, rather the song is prepared keeping in mind the story of the film and the current state of the artists. He said that while choosing a song, he takes very serious care that there is no abusive language in the lyrics.

As far as Sukhwinder Singh is concerned, he has been fond of singing since childhood. He started giving stage performances at the age of eight. When he turned 13, he composed the song Tutak Tutak Tutiya for singer Malkit Singh. Sukhwinder Singh is not only an excellent singer but also a brilliant musician. He has given his music in many films. Sukhwinder Singh made his debut in Bollywood with the film Karma. After this, he never looked back. Today he is at the pinnacle of success. Sukhwinder Singh is also an expert in doing stage shows.
The first time he performed jugalbandi on stage was with Lata Mangeshkar. Sukhwinder has also worked with many veteran music directors in his career, including the country's well-known musician AR Rahman. Both of them gave many superhit songs to their fans, including the song Chal Chaiyaan-Chaiyaan from the film Dil Se.
