• Senior Manager/Assistant Manager: B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Communication/IC.
• Manager: Graduate degree in any discipline/MBA (Finance) OR Eqivalent.
• DGM/ General Manager: MBA (Finance)/Chartered Accountant
• Senior Officer: Gradaute degree with 05 years Integrated Law/LLM
