Eligibility Conditions for HAL Senior Test Pilot Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualification 
Senior Test Pilot -Qualified Test Pilot;  A  Qualified  Flying  Instructor / Pilot Attack Instructor in IAF / Indian Navy or Coast Guard;  
Previous experience as  an Instructor at any Flight Training Establishment  preferable;
Proficiency to handle Document Creation /Archival –retrieval tools etc; 
Good Communication skills-both oral  and  written.  
Qualified DSSC  or  TSOC  or  equivalent course preferable;  
 
Senior Flight Test Engineer -Qualified Flight Test Engineer; Proven Experience in Developmental Flight Testing; 
Previous Instructional Background in AFTC / Tetra School /AFTPS etc;  
Proven Proficiency to handle Document Creation /Archival –retrieval tools etc;  
Good Communication Skills both Oral and Written
