Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualification
- Deputy Manager: BE/ B Tech (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) (Full-Time Course Only) Essential Experience: 3 yrs. post qualification experience in Civil construction projects. Desirable Experience
- a) Experience in planning/ designing/ installation and commissioning of MEP services including HVAC.
- b) Experience in construction of hospital/institutional buildings.
- c) Basic knowledge of CPWD Rules & Regulations.
- Management Trainee: BE/ B Tech (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) (Full-Time Course Only)
Age Limit (as on 1 October 2011)
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years
- Management Trainee: Maximum 30 years
Emoluments
- Deputy Manager: Pay Scale Rs 16400- 40500; Annual CTC Rs 5.1 lakhs (approx.)
- Management Trainee: During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs 20000 per month. On placement as Assistant Manager, they will be placed in the Scale of Pay of Rs 12600- 32500 with all other benefits.
Application Fee (Management Trainee): A Demand Draft for Rs 500 in favour of "HLL Lifecare Limited" payable at Trivandrum to be sent by post along with a copy of the print out of the application submitted online. The Name of the Applicant (in CAPITAL LETTERS) and Application Number (which is automatically generated while applying online) should be legibly written on the back side of the Demand Draft.
Selection Procedure (Management Trainee): The selection process may involve written Test and Interview.
