How to Resolve Errors and Discrepancies in JEE Main 2024 Hall Ticket?

The form correction window for JEE Main registration form 2024 was closed on December 8, 2024. If there are still some errors in your JEE main admit card then you can still correct them by following the below-mentioned steps.

• First, this is to look for any errors in your JEE Main admit card 2024:

Step 1: Carefully review your JEE Main 2024 hall ticket and compare it with your application form details.

Step 2: Look for misspelled names, incorrect dates of birth, wrong photographs, or test centre city not matching with the JEE Main city intimation slip.

Step 3: If you find any mistake or typo then follow the instructions mentioned here.

• Contact the NTA helpline for correction:

Step 4: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is responsible for conducting JEE Main. They have dedicated helplines to assist candidates with such issues.

Step 5: Call the JEE Main Helpline at 011-40759000 on weekdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Step 6: Have your application number ready when you call.

Step 7: Explain the error clearly and provide any relevant details.

Step 8: You can also raise your query through the NTA online query portal.

Step 9: Visit the NTA JEE Main website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Step 10: Click on "Contact" option and log in with your credentials.

Step 11: Go to the "My Applications" section and select "JEE Main".

Step 12: Find the option for "Raise a Query" and submit a detailed description of the error.

Step 13: Attach any relevant documents, such as your hall ticket and application form, if necessary.

Step 14: Keep a record of the reference number you receive when contacting the NTA through either the helpline or online query.

Step 15: Follow up on your query after a few days if you haven't received a response.

JEE Main 2024 Additional Guidelines 

• In case the errors are minor then take a flesh printout of the admit card and use it to give the exam. Wait for the response from NTA.
• Keep a hard copy of the JEE Main 2024 admit card with you to take entry into the exam centre.
• In case the error is major, for example; the wrong exam centre or name then seek immediate clarification from the NTA and follow their instructions.
