    It has been observed in the recent times that bank examinations are mainly reliant on passages based on economic and social issues, business and finance, banking etc taken from leading newspapers such as The Hindu, The Economic Times, The Business Standard, The Business Line, The Times of India etc. We, the banking team of Jagranjosh is presenting to you a passage for Sentence Arrangement questions taken from ‘The Indian Express’ (dated October 8th 2016). This will help you a lot in your preparation for the upcoming examinations.

    Question (1-5): Rearrange the following six sentences A, B, C, D, E and F in order to form a meaningful paragraph and then answer the questions that follow

    A. Hence, it is advisable to the critics of the decision that they should rather focus on outlining the consequences of the latest decision since the decision taking body is pragmatic enough to make any error in its judgment.

    A. These patients need to be protected from the problems faced by them on the economic, legal, psychological and social fronts apart from the physical issues.
    B. The solution lies in the fact that the government needs to strengthen the screening programme for the patients and as well as the whole society regarding the social stigma attached to the disease.
    C. Without this, the disease may be cured by the therapy discovered by the Indian scientists recently but the patients once suffered will not be able to go back to the society as the integral part of it.
    D. National Leprosy Eradication Programme was launched to eliminate the menace of leprosy in India which may be called the Leprosy capital of the world since 60 percent of the total number of patients suffering from the disease lives in our country.
