ICAR Research Complex for Eastern Region (ICAR-RCER), Jharkhand invited applications for Recruitment to the Post of Stenographer Grade III, Driver (T-1) and Skilled Support Staff. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format within 31 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. ICAR-RCER, Patna was established with a mandate to address diverse issues relating to agricultural production in eastern states of India. The institute came into existence on 22 February 2001 with it’s headquarter at Patna and its regional stations at Darbhanga, Bihar and Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Pay Scale

• Stenographer Grade III: Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP of Rs.2400
• Driver (T-1): Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP of Rs.2000
• Skilled Support Staff: Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP of Rs.1800

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Stenographer Grade III: 12^th passed or its equivalent exam and Minimum speed of 80 wpm in English or Hindi.
• Driver (T-1): 10^th passed and a valid and appropriate Driving License.
• Skilled Support Staff: 10^th or ITI passed.

Age Limit

• Stenographer Grade III: Candidate age should be between 18 to 27 years as on the closing date for receipt of application.
• Driver (T-1): Candidate age should be between 18 to 30 years as on the closing date for receipt of application.
• Skilled Support Staff: Candidate age should be between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date for receipt of application.

Application Fee

• General& OBC candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.250/- in the form of Demand Draft/Indian postal order payable to ICAR unit: ICAR-RCER, Patna at Patna.
• SC/ST/PH and Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written exam and Interview.
