Eligibility Criteria for Director, Dy Director and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Director (Corporate Laws & Governance): candidate should be a associate member of ICSI and should have minimum 10 years experience, out of which 5 years in a executive position in Govt./Public Sector Undertaking/ Industry/Professional bodies of similar nature or 10 years in Practice as Company Secretary or combination of both with proven leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills.
Dy Director/Assistant Director (Law): candidate should have degree in Law with minimum 50% from a recognised institution. Minimum 7/5 years post qualification experience of dealing with legal matters in Govt./Semi Govt./ industry / autonomous bodies is essential.
Proof Reader: Graduate with recognized Certificate/ Diploma in Proof Reading / Printing Technology along with 3 years’ post qualification experience as a Proof Reader and editing.
