Eligibility Criteria for General Manager (Placement) and Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• General Manager (Placement)- Postgraduate/degree in Engineering with 55% marks along with 15 years of relevant experience for General Manager
• Senior Manager/Manager (HR)- Postgraduate/ Degree in Engineering with 55% marks with 10/6 year of relevant experience for Sr. Manager & Manager respectively.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Placement)- Postgraduate/degree in Engineering with 55% marks along with 3/1 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager/ Junior Manager respectively
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Centers)- Postgraduate/ Degree in Engineering with 55% marks in any discipline with 3/1 year/s of relevant experience for Assistant Manager/Junior Manager respectively.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager to Director- A postgraduate degree in any discipline with 3/1 year of relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Accounts)- Post graduate in Finance/ M. Com/CA/CMA or equivalent having 55% marks with 3/1 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager/ Junior Manager respectively.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Store & Purchase)- Post graduate/Degree in Engineering or equivalent having 55% marks with 3/1 years of relevant experience in Store & Purchase for Assistant Manager/Junior Manager respectively.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Library & IC)- Post graduate in M. Library, having 55% marks with 3/1 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit for General Manager (Placement) and Other Posts Job

• General Manager (Placement)- 50 years.
• Senior Manager/Manager (HR)- 45/40 years for Sr. Manager/Manager respectively
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Placement)- 35/30 years for Assistant Manager/Junior Manager respectively.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Centers)- 35/30 years for Assistant Manager/Junior Manager respectively.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager to Director-35/30 years for Assistant Manager/Junior Manager respectively.
• Assistant Manager/Junior Manager (Accounts)- 35/30 years for Assistant Manager/Junior Manager respectively.
