Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) invited application for recruitment of Support Staff (Faculty, Office Assistant) vacancies on contract basis for a period of two years at Indian Bank Self Employment Training Institute. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 30 April 2013. Indian Bank established on 15 August 1907 as part of the Swadeshi movement.

Age limit: Below 65 years
Pay Scale: Rs.15000/- Per Month
Educational Qualification: MSW / M.Com / M.Sc / M.A in Rural Development/ MA in Sociology/ Psychology / B.Sc in Agriculture & allied subjects. Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language & Computer Knowledge – Proficiency in MS Office, internet and email.
Experience: 3-5 years of teaching experience / social work / rural development, Shall have a flair for teaching.

2. Name of the post: Office Assistant
No. of post- 12
Age limit: Below 65 years
Pay Scale: Rs.10000/- Per Month
Educational Qualification: BSW / B.A/ B.Com/B.Sc, Knowledge in basic Accounts is a preferred qualification, Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language, Good communication skills & Computer Knowledge – Proficiency in MS Office, internet and email.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting / banking.
