Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology(IICPT) , Tamil Nadu invited applications from eligible candidates, who fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following below mentioned posts at IICPT Thanjavur (Tamil Nadu). Educational Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria 

Qualification must be from the recognized Board or University or Institution.

• For Post 1  :

Possess Master Degree in the relevant subject. Ph.D in the relevant field will be given preference. Also qualify National Eligibility Test (NET).

• For Post 2  :

Officers of the Central or State Govt. or Union Territories :

1. Holding analogous posts on Regular basis in the department;      or
2. Pass SAS or Equivalent Examination.

• For Post 3  :

Possess Graduate Degree in Food Science or equivalent.

• For Post 4  :

Matriculation (10th Pass) with One year Certificate Course in Craftsmanship in Food and Bakery Products.

Age Limit & Relaxation 

1. For Post 1  :  Should not be exceeding 30 years (33 for Ph.D Holders).
2. For Post 2  :  Maximum Age Limit for the appointment by Deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years.
3. For Post 3 & 4 :  Should not be exceeding 30 years.

• No age limit for IICPT employees.

Pay Scale/ Salary  :

• For Post 1  :

Pay Band (PB – 3) and Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6,000/- Per Month.

• For Post 2  :

Pay Band (PB – 2) and Pay Scale of Rs. 9,300/- to Rs. 34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- Per Month.

• For Post 3  :

Pay Band (PB – 1) and Pay Scale of Rs. 5,300/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/- Per Month.

• For Post 4  :

Pay Band (PB – 1) and with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,000/- Per Month.

Application Fee

• Application Fee (Non- Refundable) is of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred only) in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the “Director, Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology, Thanjavur – 613 005”, payable at Thanjavur.
• SC/ ST candidates are exempted from fee payment.
