Indira Gandhi National Open University Invited Applications for BBA in Retailing

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) started their admission process for Bachelors in Business Administration in Retailing (BBAR). The application date for the course is 14 August 2012.

This modular program will be offered in both open and distance learning modes. Also, the course is open for students within the age limit of eighteen to twenty four years. Students would be selected on the basis of an interview at the regional centre.

A student who completes the first year successfully will be allowed to exit with a diploma in retailing (DIR). Student who completes the second and third year will be allowed to exit with advanced diploma in retailing (ADIR) and BBAR in the third year of completion respectively.

In lieu to the course, three months internship is required in the first year. On the job training and viva-voice are parts of second and third year for all students.
