- Junior Engineering Assistant IV – 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University
- Junior Engineering Assistant IV (Power & Utilities – O&M) – 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institute/ University
- Junior Engineering Assistant IV (Mechanical-Fitter-cum Rigger) – 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute/ University OR Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade with Pass class.
- Junior Materials Assistant-IV– 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering from recognized Institute.
- Junior Accounts Assistant-IV- B.Com with relaxed minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University.
