Eligibility Criteria for Dy. Manager and Manager Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Manager (Finance/Internal Audit): candidate should be an associate member of ICAI or Institute of Coat accountants of India with 09 years’ post qualification executive experience. Candidate should be proficient in the use of computers.
Deputy Manager (HRM): candidate should have completed Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in MBA (HR) or MA/MSW with specialization in HR/Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from recognised institute. Candidate should have 06 years experience in concerned field.
Selection Process for Dy. Manager and Manager Posts
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Test or Interview as deemed appropriate by the IREL Recruitment norms.
