The Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) invited applications for admission to Postgraduate Programme in Rural Management (PRM 2013-15) and Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM 2013).
Eligibility Criteria:
In order to be eligible for the PRM course, A graduate from any discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of education, having fifty percent (45 percent for SC / ST / ) aggregate marks or an equivalent GPA from recognized university / institution at the graduation level are eligible to apply.
For FPRM, Applicants with any one of the following: (i) Post graduation in any discipline from a recognised Institution with 55% marks, and 50% marks at graduation level (ii) PGDRM from IRMA (iii) Four-year professional degree (engineering, agricultural sciences etc.) with sixty percent marks and at least three years work experience (iv) Five-year professional degree (medicine, veterinary science, architecture etc.) with 60% marks and at least one year work experience (v) Applicants who have valid score of UGC JRF (NET) / CSIR in relevant disciplines (management, economics, social work, sociology, psychology, commerce, etc) are eligible for admission to FPRM 2013
Applicants with PGDRM qualification from IRMA and applicants who have valid score of UGC JRF (NET)/CSIR in relevant disciplines (management, economics, social work, sociology, psychology, commerce, etc) will be exempted from the written test and will be directly called for interview.
Selection Process:
A written test, will be conducted on November 11, 2012 at twenty seven centers across India.
PRM participants are selected on the basis of the written test, group activity and personal interview.
FPRM participants are selected on the basis of the written test, interview and an essay presentation.
