Ministry of Civil Aviation Jobs Notification 2017: Ministry of Civil Aviation invited applications for 03 posts of Cabin Security Inspector. The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 26 April 2017.
Located at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan at the Safdarjung Airport in New Delhi, the Ministry of Civil Aviation is responsible for formulation of national policies and programs for the development and regulation of the Civil Aviation sector in the country. It is responsible for the administration of the Aircraft Act, 1934, Aircraft Rules, 1937 and various other legislations pertaining to the aviation sector in the country. This Ministry exercises administrative control over attached and autonomous organizations like the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security and Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy and affiliated Public Sector Undertakings like National Aviation Company of India Limited, Airports Authority of India and Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited. The Commission of Railway Safety, which is responsible for safety in rail travel and operations in terms of the provisions of the Railways Act, 1989 also comes under the administrative control of this Ministry. Therefore it is considered to be a matter of immense pride by one and all to work for the Ministry.

Eligibility Criteria for Posts under Ministry of Civil Aviation 2017
Educational Qualification:
(i) Should have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) of a Central or State Board.
(ii) Should be a DGCA approved Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) Instructor on type of aircraft being operated by the airline.
OR
(ii) Should have ten years experience as SEP Instructor out of which minimum three years experience as Check Cabin Crew on a large commercial air transport airplanes.

Gen: Less than 40 years
