•    Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with Cadre clearance, Vigilance clearance, NoC from DoPT (as required under DoPT rule) and copies of     last five years' C.R./APAR dossiers of the applicant duly attested by an officer not below the rank of the Under Secretary may be sent through proper channel     to the Joint Chief, National Manufacturing Competitiveness Council, Room No.238, Vigyan Bhawan Annexe, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi- 110011" within     6 weeks from the date of publication of the advertisement.
