Ministry of Defence Notified Recruitment for 8 Various Posts 2014

Ministry of Defence (DGQA), Controllerate of Quality Assurance (Ammunition), Kirkee invited applications for Recruitment to the post of Senior Storekeeper, Machinist (Semi Skilled), Welder (Semi Skilled), Electrician (Semi Skilled) and Carpenter (Semi Skilled). The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format within 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Age Limit

• Candidate’s age must be between 18 to 27 years as on 15 April 2014 for all posts.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification

• Candidate should be 12^th class passed or equivalent and Certificate for completion of a course in Material Management with 2 years experience in Storekeeping or Accountancy for Senior Storekeeper.
• Candidate should have Industrial Training Institute pass certificate in the specified Trade or its equivalent Defence Service Tradesman course approved as such by the Central Government or State Government for Machinist (Semi Skilled), Welder (Semi Skilled), Electrician (Semi Skilled) and Carpenter (Semi Skilled).
  

Pay Scale

• Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400 for Senior Storekeeper.
• Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1800 for Machinist (Semi Skilled), Welder (Semi Skilled), Electrician (Semi Skilled) and Carpenter (Semi Skilled).
  

Selection Process

Selection will be done on the basis of performance in written test and interview.
