Educational & Other Qualification:
Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
- Having undergone training in 'Cash and Accounts Course' conducted by the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management; or
- Three years experience in cash, accounts and budget work from any organization of Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration; or
- Passed in the Subordinate Accounts Services_ or equivalent examination conducted by any of the organized accounts department of the Central Government.
