Eligibility Criteria for the post of Managerial & Other Posts
Deputy Manager / Manager (Rajbhasa): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi from a recognized University / Institute. Should have work experience in executive cadre as stated at Table-ll.
Deputy General Manager (Marketing): Degree in any discipline with Degree or recognized PG Diploma in management Majoring in Marketing or Export Management (Duration of not less than 2 years or fulltime regular course of 1 year) OR Degree in Engineering or MBA with specialization in Marketing / Export Management (Duration of not less than2years).
Deputy General Manager / Manager / Dy. Manager (Mining): Degree or equivalent diploma in mining engineering & first class metallifferrous mines manager certificate of competency. The candidate should have relevant work experience. For detail regarding experience see official notification.
Deputy Manager / Manager (Mining Machinery): Degree engineering or technology in mining machinery engineering from a recognized university / institution.
Deputy Manager / Manager (Geology): M.sc (Geology) from a recognized university / institution.
Deputy Manager / Manager (Chemical): Degree in chemical engineering or M.tech. in applied chemistry from a recognized university / institution.
Assistant General Manager (Corporate Social Responsibility): Two years full time regular Post Graduation Degree / Diploma in Rural Management / Rural Development OR MBA with specialization in Rural Management / Ecology (Duration of not less than 2 years).
Age limit Managerial & Other Posts
- Deputy Manager: 52 years.
- Assistant General Manager: 50 years
- Manager: 44 years
- Deputy General Manager: 40 years
