1. Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts): 01 Post
Remuneration: Pay scale of Rs.32900 -3%- 58000 per month
Minimum Remuneration: Rs.85000 per month
Age limit: Not exceeding 50 years
Qualification & Experience: Associate/ Fellow Member of ICAI/ ICWAI or MBA (Finance) OR Chartered Accountant OR CA/ ICWA (Inter) and at least 8 years experience with minimum 5 years in a senior managerial position
2. Dy. General Manager (Personnel): 01 Post
Remuneration: Pay scale of Rs.32900 -3%- 58000 per month
Minimum Remuneration: Rs. 85000 per month
Age limit: Not exceeding 50 years
Qualification & Experience: PG Degree in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRD / Social work and at least 7 years experience in Personnel Management/ Functional capabilities.
3. Manager (Legal): 01 Post
Remuneration: Pay scale of Rs.29100 -3%- 54500 per month
Minimum Remuneration: Rs.75000 per month
Age limit: 35 to 45 years
Qualification & Experience: PG Degree in law or equivalent and at least 7 years experience in dealing with legal affairs like investigation of titles, recovery of loans etc. in similar organization.
