First class Post Graduate Degree, Or (ii) MBA (preferably with a paper in Human Resource Development), Or (iii) Degree & a recognized Diploma in Public Admn./Personnel Management.
Experience required for Recruitment at National Institute of Biologicals:
Three years’ experience in organizing/ conducting training programmes in healthcare establishments/Scientific Institutes.
