National Institute of Pathology Delhi Notified Recruitment for the Posts of SRF and JRF 2014

National Institute of Pathology (ICMR), Delhi invited applications from the eligible candidates for filling up the following positions of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in ICMR funded project titled “Study on Micro RNA Signatures Associated with Breast Cancer Stem like Cells (CSCs) and their role in Drug Response”. Applications are also invited for Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

(A) For SRF:

M.Sc. Degree in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences with two years experience in research.

Desirable:

Experience in handling cell lines/ tissue culture/ aseptic handling of cultures with experience in molecular biology.

(B) For JRF:

First Class M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences with good academic records and should have been qualified National Eligibility Test conducted by CSIR- UGC/ ICMR in Life Sciences and having valid Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).

Age Limit:

Age Limit for the candidate should be below 35 years.

Pay Scale/ Remuneration:

Pay Scale of Rs. 18,000/- + 30% H.R.A.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
