NCAOR Recruitment for Project Scientist ‘B’ and Project Scientific Assistant (Grade A) Posts

National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research (NCAOR), Goa under Ministry of Earth Sciences invited online applications from the eligible candidates for the posts of Project Scientist ‘B’ and Project Scientific Assistant (Grade A) for the various projects and schemes. Posts are purely on Temporary Basis, initially for a period of 01 (one) year or till the completion of the Project or may be extended further as per requirement.

Eligibility Criteria for NCAOR Project Scientist ‘B’ and Project Scientific Assistant (Grade A) Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

1. Project Scientist ‘B’: Possess Master’s Degree in the respective discipline and Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned field (wherever applicable).
2. Project Scientific Assistant (Grade A): Possess Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate discipline.

Experience Required: Having 02 years (wherever applicable) of relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field for the respective posts.

Age Limit:

Gen: as on last date of receipt of application.

Project Scientist ‘B’: Not exceeding 35 years.

Project Scientific Assistant (Grade A): Not exceeding 28 years.

OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ Others: As per norms.

Selection Procedure for NCAOR Project Scientist ‘B’ and Project Scientific Assistant (Grade A) Jobs:

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
