Educational Qualification for Executive Director and Other Posts:
- Executive Director (Tech./Project): B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university.
- Executive Director (Finance): Degree from any recognized university and Passed CA/ICWA or a Degree in Business Management (Finance) or Member of any organized Account Service of the Central Government.
- General Manager (Tech./Project): Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university/Institute.
- General Manager (Finance): Degree from any recognized Institutions and CA/ICWA or Degree in Business Management with finance as a subject or Member of any Account Service of the Central Govt.
- General Manager (IT): Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology or specialized qualification from a recognized university/institute or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology/Science and MBA (Information System/Information Technology)/Advance or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
- General Manager (Legal)/Manager (Tech./Project): Degree in Law from any recognized university/Institute.
- Deputy General Manager (Tech./Project): Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university/Institute.
- Deputy General Manager (HR): LLB Degree/ Master in Business Administration (MBA) OR Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration (PGDPA) from any reputed institutions.
- Manager (Finance): Degree from any recognized university and having passed Intermediate level examination of chartered accountancy or Intermediate level examination of cost and work accountancy.
- Manager (HR): Degree in Law or MBA or PG Diploma in Public Administration from any recognized university.
- Assistant Manager (HR): Degree with having knowledge of Computer Applications, Internet, MS-Office, etc. and well versed in the field of Administration and Establishment.
