NHM Maharashtra Recruitment 2019: National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Community Health Officer (CHO). Interested candidates can apply to the posts through the prescribed format on or before 14 October 2019.
Candidates holding Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine/Bachelors in Unani Medicine/Bachelors in Nursing and registered with MCI are eligible to apply for these aforesaid posts.

All candidates will have to undergo 6/8 months Certificate Programme in Community Health from candidates who are willing & enthusiastic to serve the community. Candidates who successfully complete this Programme will be posted at Health & Wellness Centres - Sub centres (HWC-SC) as Community Health Officers.
This programme will be conducted by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) in Maharashtra.

NHM Maharashtra CHO Recruitment 2019 Eligibility Criteria for Community Health Officer Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine/Bachelors in Unani Medicine/Bachelors in Nursing and must be registered with MCI.
NHM Maharashtra CHO Recruitment 2019 Age Limit – maximum age limit for 38 years for General Category, 43 years for reserved category candidates
Remuneration: Candidates selected as a trainee will be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- per month during the Certificate Programme; after the appointment at Sub-Centre, CHO will be paid Base Salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month consolidated + Performance-based incentive up to Rs.15000/- as decided by government norms.
