Eligibility Criteria for Clinical Assistant and Other Posts 2016

Educational Qualification

• Rehabilitation Officer (Social Work & Placement): Master’s Degree in Social Work / MDRA / Sociology / Psychology or equivalent.

• Prosthetics & Orthotist: Degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics.
• Special Educator: Graduate with Diploma / B.Ed. / PG Diploma in Special education or equivalent.
• Orientation & Mobility Instructor: (1)Diploma in Orientation & Mobility Instruction / Diploma)/ B.Ed., / PG Diploma in Special Education (VI) or equivalent.
• Vocational Instructor: (1) HSC (10+2) with Diploma in Vocational Training / D.Ed., /B.Ed., / PG Diploma in SplEdn / equivalent course offered by RCI recognized institutes.
• Clinical Assistant: B.Sc., (Speech & Hearing).BMR / BRT / BRS (MR) PGDT/ PGDEI / Bachelors / Masters’ degree in (Rehabilitation science) or equivalent.
• Accountant: Commerce Graduate from a recognized University with hands on knowledge of computers.
• Assistant: Graduate from a recognized University with hands on knowledge of computers.
• Workshop supervisor – cum – Storekeeper: 10 + 2 or equivalent.
• Typist / Clerk: 10 + 2 or equivalent.

Experience

• Rehabilitation Officer (Social Work & Placement): Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.
• Prosthetics & Orthotist, Special Educator, Orientation & Mobility Instructor, Vocational Instructor, Accountant, Assistant and Workshop supervisor – cum – Storekeeper: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Clinical Assistant, Typist / Clerk: Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.

Age limit for Rehabilitation Officer (Social Work & Placement), Prosthetics & Orthotist, Special Educator, Orientation & Mobility Instructor, Vocational Instructor, Accountant, Assistant and Clinical Assistant Jobs 2016

35 years.

Age limit for Workshop supervisor – cum – Storekeeper and Typist / Clerk Jobs 2016

30 years.
