NIRD Notified Recruitment to the post of Professors 2014

National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD) invited applications for recruitment to the post of Professors on Direct Recruitment. The eligible candidates for the post can apply through prescribed format before 31 March 2014. NIRD is an institute located in Rajendranagar near Hyderabad. It offers one year PGDRDM course. Its mission is to develop a committed cadre of rural development professionals trained to deal with the challenges in rural areas.

Educational Qualification

Post Graduate degree (55% and above) in Social Sciences or Public Policy or Economics or Statistics or Econometrics or Management or Rural Management or Development Studies or ICT or Geo-informatics or Natural Resources Management or Agriculture Economics or Journalism and Mass Communication with PhD in the relevant area and should have also 10 years teaching experience or training and/or research in any recognized Institution.

Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 + AGP of Rs.10000/-

Candidate selection will be done on the basis of personal interview.
