Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is a Public Sector Enterprise under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. It invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment as Nurse, Pathology Lab Technician, Pharmacist, and Dental Hygienist (Technician) for its unit at Narora Atomic Power Station situated at Narora in Bulandshahr District of Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Nurse 'A'

• HSC (Class XII) and Diploma in 'Nursing and Mid-wifery' (3 years course) with Registration as ‘A' Grade Nurse OR
• BSc (Nursing) OR
• Possessing Nursing ‘A' certificate with 3 years experience in Hospital OR
• Nursing Assistant Class-III and above from the Armed Forces

NOTE: Candidates possessing Degree in Nursing will be preferred and considered for awarding two additional increments at the time of recruitment.

Educational Qualification: Scientific Assistant-B (Pathology Lab Technician): BSc with minimum 50% marks plus one year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) with minimum 60% marks, from a recognized University/Institution Experience in recognized Blood Bank will be preferred.

Educational Qualification- Pharmacist: HSC (10+2) with 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy plus 6 months training in Pharmacy plus Registration as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council.

Educational Qualification- Dental Hygienist: HSC (Class XII) plus 2 years Diploma in Dental Technician (Hygienist/Mechanics).

Age Limit (as on 1 July 2011): Maximum 30 years for the post of Nurse and Between 18 years and 25 years for other vacancies.

Pay Scale

• Nurse: (PB- 2) Rs 9300-34800; Grade Pay Rs 4600
• Pathology Lab Technician: (PB- 2) Rs 9300-34800; Grade Pay Rs 4200
• Pharmacist: (PB- 2) Rs 9300-34800; Grade Pay Rs 4200
• Dental Hygienist (Technician): (PB-1)Rs 5200-20200; Grade Pay Rs 2000
