In a fresh order on 27 February 2014, the Delhi Government announced that the seats allotted to the applicants of interstate transfer cases would be vacated and fresh draws would be held for them.

It further revealed that in some schools, transfer cases have accounted for 50% of the open seats which now will be available for a fresh draw of lots for the non-transfer cases who did not get seats in the school of their choices during this year’s nursery admission.

The last date for the first list is now 15 March 2014.

As per the order of the Directorate of Education, the admissions of candidates who did not claim to be transfer cases will remain valid, which means the candidates who have been successful in draws on the base of points for neighbourhood, alumni or sibling will have their allotted seats intact.
