Candidate will be selected based on the merit in two stage examination (Preliminary and Mains) and interview
Examination Scheme:
The Odisha Judicial Service Examination is divided into Two stages Viz. Preliminary and Mains
Preliminary examination will be objective type multiple choice 100 questions, candidates will be tested upon on following subjects: Constitution on India, Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence Act, Indian Penal Code, Limitation Act, Transfer of Property Act, Contact Act, Law of Succession, and Specific Relief Act.
Mains examination will consist of 02 Compulsory papers, General English and Procedural laws and any 3 of the optional papers.
