Eligibility Criteria for OIL Executive Trainee & Confidential Secretary Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

• Executive Trainee-Mechanical: Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Executive Trainee-Information Technology: Graduate Degree in Computer Science/IT.
• Executive Trainee-Human Resource: Master Degree in Management/Business Administration/Personnel Management/Social Welfare/Social Work/IR.
• Executive Trainee-Public Relations: Master Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/PR.
• Executive Trainee-Geology: Master Degree in Geology.
• Executive Trainee-R & D: Master Degree in Chemistry.
• Confidential Secretary: Graduate with Diploma in Secretarial Practice/Modern Office Management/Executive Assistant or equivalent with knowledge of Computer application.

Age Limit for Executive Trainee & Confidential Secretary Posts

• Not exceeding 37 years for post no. 1 & 2.
• Not exceeding 39 years for post no. 3 to 6.
• Not exceeding 40 years for post no. 7.

Selection Process for OIL Executive Trainee & Confidential Secretary Posts:

• Executive Trainee: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, group discussion, viva voice & Pre Employment Medical Examination.
• Confidential Secretary: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, group discussion, Practical test on Stenography and Transcription, Computer test to check proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point and Pre Employment Medical Examination.
