Parliament of Indian, Joint Recruitment Cell Notified Recruitment for 16 Various Posts 2014

Parliament of Indian, Joint Recruitment Cell invites applications from the eligible candidates fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following below mentioned posts in Lok Sabha Secretariat. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 30 June 2014.

Parliamentary Interpreter (Grade – II): 09 (Nine)

Printer: 05 (Five).            

Warehouseman: 02 (Two)

Educational Qualification / Experience

For Post 1

(i) Master’s Degree in relevant field from a recognized University.

(ii) Experience in translation or interpretation work.

(iii) Certificate course in Computer recognized by AICTE.

For Post 2

(i) Diploma in Printing Technology of 03 years duration recognized by AICTE    or

(ii) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 03 years' experience in hand composing in English & Hindi, Operation of Letterpress, Offset and Screen Printing Machines.

(iii) Intermediate (Class XII) from a recognized Board with 05 years experience in hand composing in English & Hindi, operation of Letterpress, Offset and Screen Printing Machines.

For Post 3 

(i) Secondary School Certificate or Matriculation from recognised Board/ University.

(ii) Diploma in Printing Technology from any Institute approved by AICTE.

(iii) 05 years experience on cutting, stitching and perforating machines in a Printing Press.

Age Limit & Relaxation 

Age Limit for the candidate should be 27 years (27 or 35 years (for post 1)) as on last date of receipt of application and Relaxation should be as per Govt. rules.

Pay Scale/ Salary 

• Pay Band (PB -3) and Pay Scale of  Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- Per Month (for post 1).
• Pay Band (PB -1) and Pay Scale of  Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/- Per Month (for post 2) and Grade Pay of Rs. 2,200/- Per Month (for post 3).

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test followed with the Trade Test and finally the Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
