Middle paragraph

It’s the space where you can play big and make a pitch for the job you have applied for. So, try to utilise it. Include the answers to questions like ‘why should they hire me,’ and ‘what are my achievements,’ while drafting this paragraph. It can play big if effectively represented. One more thing to remember, don’t copy your resume.   

Final paragraph

After first and middle paragraph, it’s the space where you need to show gratitude for reading your job application. So, be polite in your words and tone while writing this paragraph. In addition, you can also state when and how you will follow up.  

Polite close

Using a polite close to sign off job application letter is something that is noted by the recruiters. So, use words such as "Best" or "Sincerely" to make the polite close of your job application letter.

Email Signature

After all, you can include your email signature that can help the recipients to contact you whenever it’s required.
