Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Recruitment of Sister Grade- II

The Nursing Cell of Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, has invited application from eligible candidates with Locomotor Disability for the post of Sister Grade- II on regular basis. The post is temporary till 31 December 2011.

*These posts are exclusively reserved for persons with Locomotor Disability (OL). The persons who suffer from not less than 40% locomotor disability shall alone be eligible for the benefit of reservation, certified by the competent authority.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University/Board.
• Certificate in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institution or equivalent for male nurse
• Should be a registered 'A' Grade Nurse and Midwife with a state Nursing Council or equivalent qualification for male nurse

Age Limit: 18 years to 30 years. Relaxation in age as per Government of India

Pay Scale: Rs 9300-34800; Grade Pay Rs 4600
