• Candidate must be holding a regular Post of Under Secretary in Central Secretariat Service or equivalent in the State Government OR
• Holding a regular Post of Section Officer of Central Secretariat Service with 08 years’ service in grade

Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100+Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
