‘Right to Education’ Campaign Kicked off on 26 September 2012

The school level campaign programme over the Union Government’s ‘Right to Education Act’ kick started on 26 September 2012.

The fifteen day campaign , which is also a state level inauguration was held at the Ambalathara UP school in New Delhi. With the Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb inaugurating the programme.

Theprimary aim of the programme is to spread complete awareness about the act, which ensures compulsory and free education to children between age group six and fourteen.

The campaign was led approximately by four thousand seven hundred and seventy volunteers across the state.
