Educational Qualification for Junior Manager and Assistant General Manager Posts:
- Additional General Manager (Civil): B.E. /B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University/Institute and 22 years of post-qualification experience.
- Junior Manager (Legal): Bachelor of Law (LLB) Degree (3 years/ 5 years) from any recognized University/Institute approved by Bar Council of India with minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience.
Age limit: Maximum Age 32 years for Junior Manager (Legal) and 55 years for Additional General Manager (Civil) (Age relaxation for as per government of India norms)
Pay Scale: Rs. 1, 00,000 - 2,60,000)/- AGM (Civil) and Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000 Junior Manager (Legal)
